Shipping policy

At Ayoki, we believe that true luxury is worth the wait. Because our garments are meticulously handcrafted and often made-to-measure, our shipping timelines reflect the care and precision involved in creating each piece.

• Made-to-Order Pieces: Most of our collection is created specifically for you. These orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 weeks of your order date.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: If your selected design is available in your size within our current studio inventory, it will be dispatched within 48 hours following a mandatory and rigorous quality check.

Once a package leaves our studio, definitive delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Delivery durations are subject to your specific location and external factors such as courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen logistics issues. You will receive a formal intimation via email/message once your product has been shipped, which will include tracking details for your convenience.
